Le Lissier offers delivery to a relay point or home. Returns are free within 14 days.

⏳ DELIVERY TIMES

Packages are shipped within a maximum of 5 days after receipt of payment, excluding exceptional circumstances. Your orders are shipped via Colissimo. Each package has a tracking number and is delivered with signature. 💸 RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Le Lissier offers you the return costs to France to allow you to try on your sneakers. You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your sneakers to us, if they do not suit you. Please note that sneakers that have been worn cannot be returned. To simplify your return and get a faster refund, we invite you to send us an email to: info@lelissier-paris.com. Refunds can take up to 7 days. They are carried out upon receipt of the return package if it is compliant.

📦 STOCK AND REASSORTMENT

Le Lissier sneakers are made with recycled fabrics and fabric scraps, so quantities are limited. There may be restocking on certain models but this remains rare. We favor printed canvases for summer and velvets and tweeds for winter. Our fabrics change regularly. Do not hesitate to visit our website lelissier-paris.com regularly to discover our new products.

👣 HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE

All Le Lissier sneakers are made by hand, which is why there are size disparities from one sneaker to another. Generally our sneakers fit small. If you are between two sizes choose the size above. It is better to choose a slightly larger foot and add an insole than vice versa.

We consider local production as a vector of sustainable development. This is why our Le Lissier sneakers are made in Porto, Portugal in a family workshop. On the production lines, each sneaker is created entirely by hand with the greatest care.

🇫🇷 WHERE DO THE FABRICS COME FROM?

Le Lissier fabrics are second-hand fabrics chosen from different atypical suppliers such as upholsterers, second-hand dealers, textile warehouses... The fabrics can be unusable ends of rolls, materials considered non-compliant in the factory, excess scraps. small or neglected household linen. All our fabrics are found in France!
