SHIPPING YOUR PACKAGE
Packages are shipped within a maximum of 5 days after receipt of payment, excluding exceptional circumstances. Le Lissier offers you a return if the size does not fit. Your packages are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online. https://www.laposte.fr/outil/suivre-vos-envois for shipments to France via Colissimo. Products from the same order cannot be delivered to different delivery addresses. The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.
MAKE A RETURN TO FRANCE
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your parts for a refund, if they do not suit you. Please note that sneakers that have been worn cannot be returned. To simplify your return and get a faster refund, we invite you to send us an email to: info@lelissier-paris.com
IN PRACTICE
To make your return, send us an email to: info@lelissier-paris.com. We will provide you with the label allowing the return of your package. Stick the return label on your package and drop it off at the post office of your choice.
RETURN TO RESELLER SHOP
Items purchased in a reseller store cannot be returned or exchanged on the site. Each retailer has its own return conditions.

REIMBURSEMENT TIME
You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made. Allow approximately 7 to 10 working days to give our teams time to process your return package.
