Thanks to Elyn, you can now order your items, try them on at home for free and only pay for those you decide to keep!

Your bank details will be requested but you will not be charged!
Try your items.
Take advantage of 5 days after receiving your items to try them on at home and select the ones you prefer.
Only pay if you adopt them!
In the event of a return, we will provide you with a returns slip and you will only be charged for the items you keep.

Try before you buy: how does it work?
The “try before you buy” service allows you to order your items, try them on at home for free and only pay for those you decide to keep.
Returns are free and there is no obligation to purchase.
How is payment for the order carried out?
In order to finalize your order, you will need to provide your payment information but you will not be charged.
Your bank account will be debited when your 5-day trial period expires or when you indicate which items you want to keep.
For security reasons, Elyn submits a pre-authorization request to your bank to verify your payment information.
Your payment information is perfectly secure and submitted to 3D Secure by the payment provider Stripe.
What orders are eligible?
To benefit from the try before you buy service, the total amount of your order must be less than €400 with a delivery address in Metropolitan France.
Only Visa, Mastercard and Cartes Bancaires payment cards issued in France are accepted.
Prepaid, virtual, systematically authorized cards (eg Maestro, Electron or Revolut) and American Express are not accepted to benefit from the “try before you buy” service.
Furthermore, gift vouchers are not compatible with the “try before you buy” service.
How is my test going?
Your trial period begins the day after you receive your order.
You then have 5 calendar days to try your items at home and choose what you want to keep and return.
Before your trial period expires, you can access the returns interface to enter the items you wish to return.
Without hearing from you at the end of your trial period, we consider that you wish to keep all of the items ordered and you will then be debited for the total amount of your order.
This service available to you allows you to try on your items like in an in-store fitting room.
Do not tear off the label, and especially do not wear the items during the day.
Any item returned damaged, damaged or soiled will be refused and you will be charged.
How can I return an item?
Nothing's easier !
To make a return, simply log in tothe returns interface .
Select the items you wish to return and validate your return.
You will receive an email containing your return label and will have working days to drop off your packages at the Post Office.
If you do not return the return package within the allotted time, you will be charged the amount of the items to be returned.
Obviously, all returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, that is to say like new!
Any item returned damaged, damaged or soiled will not be taken back. You will be charged for this item and it will be returned to you at your expense.
